Once you have submitted your application and received your eligibility number via email from HSPA, to schedule your exam online, first visit Prometric's website here.

On the left hand side under ACTIONS you will see “schedule”, click there.

On the next page read through the terms and conditions about testing with Prometric, you want to hit the arrow on the right side and consent that you are over the age of 18 and agree to the terms and conditions.

From there the next page will ask you for your eligibility ID, and the first 4 characters of your last name. Click on the arrow on the bottom right side.

After that your eligibility window will appear, click on the arrow on the right side. From there you can search for a testing center near you with your address and then select a date range you’d like your appointment for. From there, you should be all set to select your appointment.
