HSPA currently offers two types of membership: Active and Associate.

Anyone who works within a healthcare Sterile Processing (SP) Department can hold an Active membership.

Anyone who has an allied connection with a SP department can hold an Associate membership.

Note: Membership is separate from Certification, and individuals do NOT have to be certified to enjoy the benefits of membership with HSPA.
